ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract submission deadline is

June 18th, 2021.

Please submit your abstract via email to info@oecdcountries.org following abstract guidelines below. 

You can publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on OSC2021  conference, orally or by poster presentation. You must submit ABSTRACTS for review before the submission deadline.

 

An accepted proposal for a single paper presentation (prepared by one or more authors) will be assigned to one of the following formats by the Program Committee:

  • Oral Presentation

  • Poster  Presentation 

  • Virtual  Presentation

GUEST PARTICIPANT

You can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.

SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT

Preparation of Abstracts:


Category: A main category (see below) that is relevant for your abstract must be selected during the submission process. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the category during the abstract assessment process.
Presentation type: As usual, abstracts will be considered either for:


       - Oral Presentation
       - Poster Presentation


Your preference (oral or poster) should be indicated during the submission process. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation type according to the requirements of the scientific program.


Title: Abstract title can contain a maximum of 250 characters. (including spaces)

Author(s): First and last names, and institutions of all authors must be fully indicated correctly and in the right order. The e-mail address of the presenting author should be included.
Institution(s): The institution(s) of the authors should be indicated fully with the "department" and "institution" names while avoiding any abbreviations such as Dept., Inst., Hosp., etc. The institution and city should be written in lower case while the initials of each word are written in capitals.
Abstract text: Abstract text should not exceed 300 words. The title of the abstract, authors' names, institutions and

key words are not included in this limit.


       The abstract should have four sections
       - Background and aim 
       - Material and Methods
       - Results
       - Conclusion

Images, tables, diagrams and graphs are not allowed for the abstracts.
Keywords: Keywords should not be included in any of the sections of the abstract text, and written only in the section dedicated for keywords. A maximum 5 keywords can be provided. All keywords should be written in lower case (e.g.: hydrocephalus).
Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.

 

Please ensure that the e-mail address of the presenting author is entered correctly to enable the Congress Organizing Secretariat to communicate with you regarding the abstract. All information regarding the acceptance, any required adjustments, and scheduling will be communicated via e-mail to the abstract presenting author.

Abstract submission deadline is  June 18th, 2021.

Full paper submission deadline is

July 10th 2021.

Full Paper Guidelines

If your abstract is accepted and you have paid the registration fee for the OSC you are encouraged to submit manuscripts before July 10th 2021.

Final manuscripts must be sent to oecd.pse@gmail.com

We accept the submission of high quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical work or research in all of the areas mentioned. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Full paper submission process

  • The full manuscript must be submitted as a MS Word document in .doc format (not as a PDF or .docx format) and named with author’s abstract number and name.

  • All manuscripts should be in English, Turkish or Russian. Please ensure that your manuscript does not contain grammatical errors; 

  • Download the Full Paper Template and follow the guidelines.

  • Manuscripts that do not follow this format will be rejected.

  • If the paper requires revisions after review, we will send it back to you with comments and you must send the corrected paper within one week.

Full paper reviewing process

  • All manuscripts will be subjected to double blind peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.

  • The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.

  • The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.
